Deck the Halls ... With Depressing Holiday Movies

"Call it the Season of Tears and Blood," says the NY Times, reflecting on this year's unusually grave holiday movie selection. Many "convey a wary post-9/11 sense of the world and its lurking perils," the Times records, and offer "a reminder that bad deeds and mistakes in judgment can have lasting and often devastating consequences."
